Job Description:
This position is extremely important for enrollment management and the community’s image of the college.
• Provides pre-enrollment admissions information to prospective students with special emphasis on plus 2 students.
• Assists with the coordination of BBS 1st year enrollment programs including
• Represents the college at most outreach programs and events such as college, community, business, and career fairs.
• Provides admission services for all prospective students with a special focus on the assisting students through the admissions process to enrollment.
• Responds to all forms of inquiries regarding the college’s programs and services for students, parents, public and private school personnel, businesses, agencies, organizations, and others.
• Interprets college policies and procedures for prospective and currently enrolled students.
Admissions Counselor Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in education, social science, or related field required and/or student services experience required.
• Excellent oral (including public speaking), writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience with high school students and special populations strongly preferred.
• Computer proficiency required; knowledge and experience with MS Office with proficiency with Excel required. Customer Relations Management System (CRM) system, digital imaging software and student information system strongly preferred.
• Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; arranging and conducting campus tours; conducting follow-up activities such as letter writing and phone-calling campaigns.
• Thorough knowledge of all college policies and state laws related to credit for prior learning and experience, general education requirements and transfer.
• Interprets college policies and procedures for prospective and currently enrolled students.

New Millennium College Administrative Assistant

The Administrative assistance in New Millennium College will work under the direction of the Managing Director and Principal of the college. He/she will also play a pivotal role in branding and the development of marketing campaigns. Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze the meanings and implications of such data are essential. Responsibilities: • Manage principal’s correspondence, including answering incoming phone calls, emails, and letters• Plan, prepare and update principal’s calendar• Schedule events and plan logistics for meetings• prepare monthly expense reports• Other duties as they ariseOutcome: The principal(s) is able to maximize his/her time due to reliable, efficient administrative support. PRINCIPAL WANTED
New Millennium College Invites applications from highly dynamic, experienced, qualified and result-oriented candidates to lead the College as its Principal. The Principal provides administrative and curriculum supports to the college and provides a safe, productive learning environment of the highest quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
• To be responsible for the leadership and management of the College’s curriculum delivery and support functions
• To co-ordinate the enrolment of students to the suitable program of study, preparing schedules of activity for the enrolment and induction process.
• Help to manage management of physical and financial resources
• To participate in business development and strategic planning cycles as required.
Qualifications
• Must have passed Master degree with first division.
• Three 3-5 years of related experience with exceptional teaching experience.
• Demonstrated an ability to provide valued organizational leadership and knowledge management and organizational learning.
• Knowledge and understanding of the College and Career Readiness, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, and learning assessments
• Professional oral and written communication skills in Nepali and English and good IT skill
